This was my second time staying here. This time the park was crammed and I got an alternate site from what I reserved. I reserved a full hookup, pull-through site for 2 nights and got a back-in site #K15 with trees scratching my back the first night with no sewer and cable. After complaining they then moved me to a different back-in site with no cable #K9 with trees scratching my side. Plenty for the kids to do though. It is an awesome park, with 3 playgrounds, an indoor pool with more rules than the military, no pool toys. FYI: they follow standard KOA policy not to answer the phone. Don't pull-in on the very right check-in lane: their trees tore our slide-topper and scratched our motorhome. Carry trimmers with you as you will need to trim the trees and blackberry bushes at the back-in sites. Bring a shovel so you can fill in the holes that the previous camper's dog dug. Their Wi-Fi is unusable on the back end. Bring your own firewood: I bought 3 bundles and 2 firestarters. I spent 4 hours trying to keep a fire going long enough to make 3 smores. Left 1 bundle in the fire pit for the next camper. Amazing what you'll do for the wife and kids. They should also keep the breakfast going till 11:00. With as many staff members as they have, they could spend a little more time on the lots. I do have to give them kudo's on their trash pick-up service.
Very friendly staff, excellent location. You really have to be watching for the sign, which is partially hidden by the trees. Someone should trim the trees in the park; we now have newly acquired scratches on our motorhome thanks to KOA. Otherwise awesome place to camp. We will definitely go back. We would have rated them a 10 if not for the damage to our coach.
Very nice park, close to everything. Circus Circus is for the kids, KOA is supposed to be for the kids. No cable for the kids. I would've given this park a 10 but there was no cable, I couldn't get a Wi-Fi connection even in the office. I called the number that they gave me in the office and said they have nothing to do with it, so its not their problem. The company told me that they are just the provider and that KOA needs to install more antennas. The coffee bar was closed because???... and the ladies in the office are in constant menopause and PMS. The rudest people I've ever met. If you don't like your job go find another. I guess you get what you pay for with work campers.
A beautiful park with awesome views. The woman in office was a little, well not rude but not really inviting. The store has some basic essentials. There is no hot tub. There is a very nice pet area, small playground. I really liked the benches by the river bank with fire pits.I would love to stay again. I'd suggest booking early for weekends.
Very nice little park. Pool was very refreshing. Nice shady spots. Store has just the very minimum, no electrical tape. :( Some full timers. A lot of happy overnighters. Would have been a 10 if the store was a little more Camper friendly as far as inventory.
Very nice Park. We were up front in space A9 would have rather not have been on the corner. Very nice playground, just needs some seating. awesome dog park. had a wonderful time. Would have rated it a 10 but no hot tub. We even extended our stay a night because it was so beautiful there.
The name pretty much says it all. Premier... Wonder full staff, very nice well kept park. Easy access to I-5, not close enough to hear traffic. Nice breakfast, morning paper, strong Wi-Fi, level sites, Would have been a 10 but no hot tub, no playground and very small pet area. Would definitely stay there again.
Pulled in late, couldn't find anything to register with, or site map. No info on wi-fi, so all I could find was a secure network. Nice level spot with a train in the background. Within walking distance to a lot of shops. Very well kept park. My daughter liked the playground.
Could not believe this was a KOA. Really could not believe they charged KOA prices. No Wi-Fi at sites, they say they tried to have it fixed. The rec room has a single table to put your laptop and work. Nothing for recreation, nothing but a basic playground for the kids. Did enjoy seeing the seals.
Nice enough park, all gravel unlevel sites. Overgrown and pine needle flooring. The pool and hot tub were closed. The train was down. At least there is a rec room. Staff is very friendly and wi-fi worked at site with code. I don't think I would want to stay there during a storm. Falling branches would be a concern.
Awesome park, Bathrooms were spotless, Lots of things to see. Not much open, Water was turned off, no cable and don't know who marked the spot that says they have wifi internet, none available. We camped in spot #8. Beautiful views, and other stuff to do. Will definitly go again to explore the bunkers.
The only 2 things this park has going for it are the views and location. Had to clean up trash and dog crap from spot before hooking up and letting my daughter out. We talked to Tom the park host about getting spot 307 to find out that it was taken. We wound up almost exactly 10 foot from another camper. Couldnt connect to the wifi from the spot we were in, to weak a signal. Chinese food nearby was horrible. Must visit the Nifty Fifties. good food, great service.
